Anandi lives with her parents and two siblings. Her father is a laborer and her mother works in town. Anandi helps tend to their garden at home. Blue is her favorite color and pizza is her favorite food. For fun, she enjoys playing Kho-Kho, a game similar to tag. She wants to do well in school and become a doctor when she is older.

You can correspond with your child through your sponsor portal. You can expect to receive two letters per year from your child, one in the spring and one in the fall, written in Hindi and translated into English. You will also receive a new picture every fall so you can watch your child grow.
